  Capture Freeze

  Ingesting 3 DV tapes.
  No limit on capture time/file size.
  FCP freezes towards end of each and must Force Quit.
  Capture window will not close, get warning sound
  when hitting Escape to end capture.

  So nothing gets saved, by hand or in Auto Save.
  Huge waste of time.

  I am guessing this is a trash prefs operation,
  any other clues …?
