    Hi

I need to Capture DV-CAM Progressive
What do I need to figure in the Log and Capture window to capture it correctly?
I’m capturing with Sony DSR-11 Via Firewire.

    thanks
    Roi

DVCam is interlaced. Even if you shot in a progressive mode, the data is in an interlaced frame. This is sometimes called psf.

Capture as interlaced. If the footage is psf then you can set the field dominance to none in your sequence settings.

    Hi

    Thanks

    So I need to set it as DV-PAL 48KHZ or DV-PAL50 48KHZ?

    Thanks

    Roi

DVCam uses the standard DV codec so capture with that setting.

After capture, don’t forget to check the clips as field order “NONE’ (Progressive) in the Browser.
