I have been sent over a link to video on Facebook relating to a project I am working on.

Can anybody tell me the best way to capture this video and move it into Premier Pro CS3 so it can be both edited and incorporated in the project?

Do a web search for “webvideocap”, I’ve been using this program and it works good for .flv files, haven’t tried it on Facebook though. You may also need to download a shareware program to convert the .flv to .avi or similar editable format.

[Jeff Pulera] “You may also need to download a shareware program to convert the .flv to .avi or similar editable format.”

There is a program called “Any Video Converter” that does that.
