    I have a guy who shot 24P on a DVX 100A and he doesn’t have the camera available now for capturing to hard drive. Isn’t the signal recorded at 29.97 as normal NTSC DV with flags for 24P? So, can he use any mini DV camera for firewire capturing and then use the NLE app for pulldown with 2 3 3 2?

    Yes. Capture with any camera you like.
