Hi

I am using vegas movies studio. I would like to capture, but my computer does not have firewire. I bought a pinnacle studio movie box. So my idea is to capter with vegas through this box.I am getting an error message.

“the device Pinnacle 710-usb coun not be opened. Please make sure that it is turned on and is not being used by another application or user.”

this message is not true, so how do i fix this problem.

Is your camera tapeless? If so just plug it in via usb and it should show up as a hard drive, just copy the files to your hard drive.
