  Captioning Software

  Hello

  Can anyone recommend good captioning software. I am editing mostly on FCP 4.5. I need something that works with line 21, that I can use to capture, then convert the captions to use in quicktime for the Internet, and for use on a DVD. I may also need to do some editing of the captions. I would like to find something that does not require any extra hardware. I also have a PC and Linux computer, so if I need to I can use those to do the captions.
