  Capcut Masking line not present so I can make clip vertical not horizontal

  Hi,

  I am using Capcut 8 and I have 2 clips on the time line V1 and V2, I press v2 to select it, and when I go to mask and hit Split the yellow line so I can make the mask horizontal is not there? How can I fix it and get it back?
