  Canvas and Viewer Distorted

  Each time I open a project or open a clip from the Browser into the Viewer, the Viewer and Canvas in FCP6 becomes distorted (see link below).

  Has anyone experienced this bug? any known fixes? is Apple aware of it?

  Hardware:
  MacBook Pro 2.16
  RAM 2GB
  Video card: ATA Radeon X1600 256MB
