Can’t view text using 3D Extruded Text
Hello,
I’m running AE CS3 for OSX 10.4.11 and just downloaded the trial version of BCC AE6. Here’s my problem:
I drop the 3D extruded text into a new solid layer, the text window pops up, I can edit my text but once I apply, the text (so does the solid layer) vanishes from the comp view. All I get is a Transparent Comp!
I tried to mess with the settings from both the 3D extruded filter and AE but I can’t get to view my text.
Does anyone knows what’s going on?Thanks a lot!

Hi,
I believe the problem is that you are running the filters on a system equipped with Mac OS Tiger (10.4x) which does not support the BCC 6 3D Objects filters. To use these filters on a Mac you should use a system with a MacIntel processor and Mac Leopard OS (10.5x).
