I’m on a Mac G5 2.0Ghz… I can’t view HD files, that were created in Final Cut Studio 2, in Quicktime 7.2. The screen comes up white and there is no video. The audio plays but the screen stays white. Any ideas??

    thanks.

I’m asuiming this is not a Final Cut machine so the proper codecs are not in the Quicktime library folder. Copy them from the Final Cut system.

Or insert the Final Cut Studio 2 disc in the computer and install the codecs by running the Qmaster render node package. You don’t have to enter a serial and you don’t have to make the machine available as a render node.
