  • Can’t View External Video; All Frames

Posted by Matt Romary on January 28, 2012 at 12:55 am

When I go to View -> External Video -> All Frames it won’t go into the full screen mode I’m used to on other iMacs. I also have the same issue when I try to click into full screen mode while watching youtube videos, nothing happens — not sure if it is related, but seems to be.

    I have a 27inch iMac, 2.7GHz Intel Core i5, Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2 (11C74), Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512 MB

Any ideas or advice is much appreciated.

I meant to reply to my own thread a while ago, but what I did was go to my Audio/Video Settings –> A/V Devices (Tab) –> Then under playback output I changed the video option from none to Digital Cinema Desktop Preview – Main.
