cant transfer files
hey guys
again, using the XDCAM transfer
I did a transfer to my files into one drive, now that I am trying to transfer again, I don’t have the import option ! it is gray and I cant click it? why is that? -

It will a lot faster if you post all the information including computer and software version numbers and a step by step (VERY DETAILED) what you are doing.
You can have a problem solved in minutes or days. it’s up to you.
Would you call a doctor on the phone and only tell her “It hurts” and expect a diagnosis?
Just think it took 42 minutes for me to respond. Had you provided all the info you might have had a solution already.
