Can’t Sync Settings on Premiere v14.2
I’m running Mac OS Catalina 10.15.3 on Adobe Premiere 14.2
Every time I try to sync my settings, it just tells me it fails.
also my custom-built .kys files don’t populate as an option in the keyboard shortcuts window, and every time I recreate it and save as, the keyboard clears out.Permissions on every single Adobe folder I could possibly have has been changed to read/write. I uninstalled & reinstalled premiere and Creative cloud, and used the CC cleaner tool. Nothing has helped, and I really don’t want to recreate my settings and shortcuts every time I open my project.

Adobe told me they don’t support anything past the last two versions.
So maybe not Pr 14.Their support people are really nice smart gentlemen in India but you might have to wait on the phone for an hour. I was running Pr Pro CC “2013.” The guys in India tried eally hard.
Catalina is a little weird but supports Pr Pro 2019. I’m trying to get up to speed with Resolve so I don’t have to deal with these Adobe issues anymore.

Version 14.2 is the latest version of Premiere, released in April 2020. So I’m running the very latest release.

Is everything your doing on Apple formatted drives? Just wondering if it could have something to do with the new Catalina security.
May need to go into Security and grant full access to Premiere.
