    Can’t Select Global illumination

    Hi,

    I have the Studio bundle and am trying to use Global Illumination. I can add it in the effects column but it won’t let me mark the checkbox and all the settings are greyed out.

    Can anyone tell me what would cause this and how I can fix it ?

    Hi . In case anyone was interested I figured out what was happening. I was using Magic Preview and didn’t have GI checked. That blocks GI from being selectable in the main Render settings.
