  • Can’t see the camera’s view area

Posted by Guillaume Jaecques on August 5, 2016 at 1:37 pm

    Hi,

I’m learning about camera’s in AE, but for some reason, I can’t seem to see the view area of the camera. This probably is an easy fix, anybody out there that could help me?

    Thanks!

Do you have your view set to “Active Camera” instead of “Front”?

Is the view set to show layer elements?

I don’t know, where can I find my view settings?

The view menu. Right between Animation and Window.
    View>Show Layer Controls.

Also done by pressing Ctrl+Shift+H (or CMD+Shift+H on Mac).
