can’t search particle View
I just bought and downloaded Particle Illusion 3 today and the particle View it came with won’t search. I type something like “fire” into the search field but the SEARCH button deactivates and hitting return does nothing.

Hi Leigh,
I’m sorry but I do not have a lot of experience with that particular issue. I would contact support@genarts.com to see if they can help you out especially since you just purchased Particle Illusion.
The only thing I can suggest until Alan or GenArts pops up here, is to make sure that once you Press S for search under ParticleView that you have both the IL3 and IEL/ELC boxes checked.

I restarted Particle View and my computer and I can now search all the particles now. Luckily a simple fix that worked after a try or two.
