    Cant Scrub Timeline

    I cant scrub the timeline or get live previews anymore in AE. They worked just fine yesterday and I have not updated any software. Im on a Quad and I am using adaptive resolution. Is there a prefernce or something I may have ticked on accident? I cant work this way!!!!!

    activate the continuously update preview button on the timeline
