  Can’t scale velocity graph

  I have 2 layers in one comp and I need to edit their velocity graphs. The problem is I need to move the graph border and make the graph bigger so I can see what I’m doing. While I can do this with the top layer, AE won’t allow me to click on the white border line at the bottom of the bottom layer.

  I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. The pointer simply never changes into a double-arrow cursor for the bottom layer’s velocity graph.

  Any ideas? Please help this is incredibly #$@!^ frustrating!
