July 23, 2011 at 10:56 amPlease re-index the database:
Please make sure you have a backup of the database before you do.
From postgres docs:
Rebuild all indexes in a particular database, without trusting the system indexes to be valid already:Assuming the name of the database you are using is “resolve” (default password is DaVinci when prompted)
Open a terminal and type the following commands:
$ export PGOPTIONS=”-P”
$ /Library/PostgreSQL/8.4/bin/psql -U postgres resolve
…
resolve=> REINDEX DATABASE resolve;
resolve=> \qIf you still have any trouble, please email us at davincihelp (at) blackmagic-design.com, and we’ll help you out.

August 15, 2012 at 10:34 amhi, i’ve got the same problem…but i’m a bit afraid of using terminal.
recently, i nearly “destroyed” my 15″ Mac Book Pro, when i entered the code for scaling the program to my screen….
so…there are other solutions, how i can save my projects again 🙂
greets clemens
