hoping someone can help. I can no longer rotate correctly my clone stamp tool. I’m working on a PSD file that has been colored and cropped. I’m now just doing some final touches with some cloning. I’m on a PC windows 10 64gb ram btw.

SO, I sample the area I want to clone fromand then put my brush over the area I want to clone over. (it’s a tire rim BTW). Being that it’s the rim of a tire I have to rotate the brush a bit. So, as in the past, I press SHIFT + ALT and then the < or > keys. In the past it would simply rotate the brush. Now, as soon as I press those keys it’s sampling the area I’m trying to clone over and it begins to rotate the new sampled area.

I’ve tried on various photos, restarted the system, uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same thing.

any suggestions would be great. Thanks
