☹ Cant restart DaVinci_Resolve_14.3 after reinstalling
Hi, i had some crashes before, but nothing this catastrophic.
Yesterday morning i tried to export several graded 4K clips to an external HD, when the computer suddenly shut down. After that, i tried to export the last file and it crashed again.
When i tried to restart the program was not working at all. I did not even show a window or something, but the taskmanager said that it was running. The same problem with the project server.
After deinstalling everything and reinstalling everything including PostgreSQL it was still not possible to open resolve. I then deinstalled every other program on the machine. Deinstalled Resolve, went into debug mode, restarted and installed resolve again. Suddenly i was able to start it again.
Was even able to edit. Then i wanted to close resolve because i needed to export files from a different project, and resolve did not start properly – this time it showed the loading screen but it closes when the loading screen shows “loading audio plugins” after that it crashes.Besides that: When i try to run TestIOWIN.exe i get the error message that MSCXP100.dll is not on the machine, although i have it in my windows folder.
Any help is appreciated.
