    I’ve updated FCP 5.1.2 and Mac OSX 10.4.8. QT 7.1.3. G5 dual 2ghz. I’m doing a cable network project on DVCPro HD 1080i60. I’m trying to resize and reposition a timecode window burn for all the clips simultaneously and then nest it. It worked fine before I upgraded to 10.4.8 and now it won’t work. I wouldn’t have upgraded it at this time but I needed the upgrade for Aperture for a different project. It works on one or two clips at a time but not the whole timeline or a section of the timeline at one time. I tried copying and pasting attributes and that worked but when I tried to nest it, it didn’t give me the timecode of the timeline, only the source timecode for each clip.

    Any suggestions?

    Solved my own problem. Trashed my prefs and it worked fine.
