Can’t Render out….
Hey everyone,
I have gone through the forum and did not find an answer for this. I have a simple client logo I am trying to render out to a quicktime movie. I have set all the settings:
Full Render
720×480
D1
Frame range 0-7 s
Frame step 1
Save:
save to my disk 2
quicktime movie (ani @ 30)
depth 8 bit
Name: Name0000Nothing else is changed. I then go to the middle render button and it starts to look like it will render, but then I come to find out the movie just sits still for 7 seconds. yet when I hit play on the time line there is a simple camera pan. Any idea on what i did not hit. I am using Dan Ablan’s Cinema 4D courseware (totally awesome if you are learning it) but even when I follow him, it will not render out in motion.

Have you set the animated camera to be the render view? In the viewport’s Edit menu, “use as render view”.

Rendering right now, but looks like that was it. Thanks so much Adam. I knew it had to be something small. Spent half the day playing with the settings.
