I’m getting the “memory error” every time I try to render a project out in any format and in any size. I’ve tried putting the Vegas memory usage at 0 or 1024 and it made no difference. I’ve tried having no Pagefile, having a static pagefile size. No difference.

I have Vegas Pro 9c, with the latest RayLight Ultra.
The project’s main footage is HVX200 clips.

I really need to render this out. Is there anyone in San Diego or Orange county that I can bring my project to and try and render this out? I can pay you some reasonable money.

If you know a solution I’d greatly appreciate it.
If you can assist me with rendering this project on your system then please call me at 949-910-4335. Thanks.

ALSO to make matters worse, my video elements get mis-arranged during the render process. For example I have a picture in picture clip (PNP). The video playing in the PNP section is zoomed in so you only see a section of the full clip in the rendered version, were as in the timeline it plays fine. Graphical elements are shifted or are larger than they should be.

    Crazy stuff.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sounds rough. If you haven’t tried it yet, open 2 instances of Vegas and copy your entire timeline from one to the other. Then close the first and attempt to render it on the second Vegas instance.
