Do I have to remove the card in order to install? Going crazy. Friday the 13th!! Aja was closed due to bad weather so I couldn’t reach support. anyone?

Run the uninstall utility in the Kona directory in the application folder. Then reinstall.

Thanks, I’ve run the uninstall and even reinstalled my os with erase and install. You would think that everything other than the os would be gone. But I keep getting same message that aja is installed. I will have to talk to aja on Monday.

look for the “reciepts” folder and delete the aja file.

Aja if your listening, please build your uninstaller to
take care of this. this will surely save some support calls.

that same reciept file prevents somebody who may have updated
their drivers, to revert to an older version. sometimes
and updated driver causes a new problem and folks need
to put the old driver back.
