  Can’t play timeline on fx1 please help

  I can control my fx1 for capture but I can’t select all frames. It keeps going back to all frames off. I read earlier posts and checked all that they suggested. I’m using a new apple G5 with a sony fx1. Are there certain settings that I need to use on the fx1? Need help!!
