  Cant place file from CC libraries

  I tried to drag a graphic from my adobe library and got this message. I can do the similar process in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier pro. Can anyone help????

  “Either the file does not exist, you do not have permission, or the file may be in use by another application”
