    Can’t overwite, splice, see footage in record window, RAM is maxing- at a loss

    Hi, I cant splice or overwrite to the timeline, I can put source footage in the source window but it doesn’t appear in the record monitor window, I can see a clip in the source monitor timeline display but not in the record monitor timeline display and I cant edit anything in that source timeline display either. My RAM is maxing at 93% also, See attached screenshot, could this be the issue?

    At a loss, any help appreciated.
