    Can’t open mp4 ‘power pc not supported’

    Hi there

    I sent a freshly exported mp4 and.mov to my client yesterday and she says she she can’t pen it and get the message ‘power pc not supported?’

    I needs to find a way for her to view this and don’t understand the message. Any thoughts?

    Tell them to install QT.7.
