Can’t open FCP Trial 10.2.3
I need the FCP 10.2.3 Trial to update some old FCP files. I downloaded the 10.2.3 Trial, but when I try to open it, it says the trial has “Expired” and that I must buy FCP on the App Store, but when I go there, I can only find 10.4. I need the 10.2.3, and will pay for it, if I can find it! Any advice?

Have you run the trial on that computer before now?
I haven’t run that in years but I’d contact Apple support. It may be that the trial has gone past some sort of internal use-by date and no longer runs, or maybe something about the current OS that makes it fall over. We’ve had a few OS updates since that was released.

I don’t remember running it on that computer, since I have owned FCP for years, but I guess it’s possible. I will contact Apple Support like you suggest. Thanks!
