Can’t make sense of submission requirement… any ideas?
Hi, made a film to enter an online competition using cinema 4d and after effects and have finished up with a large uncompressed quicktime 1024×576 progressive pal animation (codec.).. will probably finish it to digibeta in work at some stage. Anyhows for the preliminary online competition on their guidelines it states…
“All submissions must be in High Definition Video. We strongly recommend you upload to this competition your high definition video. We recommend compressing your film into a Quicktime file with the H264 codec to achieve a relatively small file with a high resolution.
The website will accept files up to 500MB in size. Depending on your internet connection speed, this upload may take a few hours.”
How does this work? is it possible to have a h264 hd file? any ideas as to what settings i can jiggle in final cut pro export to meet this?
cheers
