    Can’t Log Into Team Projects

    HP Z800 12 core, Win 7 Pro 64bit, 16 gig Ram. Nvidia FX3800, Premiere Pro 12.1.

    We’ve been having major headaches with Team Projects. The latest is I can’t log into Team Projects service. It failed during a project load, then no projects were listed and now, it hangs up on the Login dialog.

    I’ve logged out of CC App, logged back in…no change. Internet is good.

    Anyone else seeing this issue?

    Thanks Dave.

    Restarting my machine, NAS and switch has solved it. Now media mapping/relinking is the headache of the hour.

    Rebooting my machine solved the same issue for me.
