Can’t load video into PI 3.0 for Mac OS X
Hi, I recently purchased PI 3.0 for the Mac but am unable to load any video into it. The clips I am trying to load are Quicktime DV files exported out of Imovie and are very small. Every time I double click on a layer and select one of these clips, the message comes up “Error loading image file. Choose another file?”. Am I doing something wrong? I would really appreciate any help seeing as this was the reason I bought the program in the first place.

Sorry for the slow reply. Are you certain you’re using the latest version, which I believe is 3.0.3? If so, contact wondertouch support via email please.
