Can’t load shapes
Hi,
When I want to load a new shape, in the “change shape” tab, I get an error: can not load “filename”. Tried lots of filetypes (jpg, psd, tif, bmp) and several resolutions. Nothing helps.
What could be the problem?Malik

Try loading one of the JPG images as a background image for a layer. If you get the same error message, then you’re missing some files and should reinstall.

when I load background image, it says “unsupported file format” and I used JPEG and PSD
Reinstall doesn’t help, I did a complete uninstall and then reinstalled it but still not working.

I fixed it myself.
downloaded the demo and compared it with the full version, I replaced some dll’s and it works again.Thanks

I am having the same problem with PI3. Which .dll’s did you have to replace?

I’m going to jump in here and say that the only people I know who have had problems loading images are those using cracked (illegal) versions of the program.
If this doesn’t apply to you, prove me wrong by sending me your order reference number: support at wondertouch dot com.
