Can’t load clip into Trimmer
For some reason the preference to load a clip from the bin into the trimmer via double-click will simply not work. I’ve toggled that option several times, but it just has zero effect on the behavior. Double-clicking on a clip in the bin leads to editing the filename.
I’m trying to rifle through my raw footage by quickly previewing in trimmer, then either adding to timeline or advancing to the next clip in my bin and I really rely on this shortcut for efficiency in my workflow. It used to work in v.13, but doesn’t in v.14. Unfortunately, previewing and trimming all these clips on the timeline is not efficient on this particular project.

Hi,
This happens if you set the view to “details” and double click the name.
Either double-click on an other field, or set view to “list” or “thumbnails”.Best regards

Clicking on thumbnail won’t load into trimmer for me. Or it will– randomly.
