  • Can’t interpolate keys without changing the position path?

    Hi there,

Just wanted to post a quick question as wasn’t sure if I’m missing a step. Below I have animated an object using all x/y/z axis at the same time, a ball producing an infinite shape.

I’d like it to speed on the straight, slow down arcing into the corner then gain speed again on the way out.

However, obviously adjusting the bezier curves on the F-curve graph will change the path, not the speed.

    How is this normally done?

    Screen attached.

    Thanks for your help,

    Dan.

The easiest way to do this is to use a Time Track. I did little video tutorial on this a while back: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6AuonzrDJ4&t=11s

Ah ok that seems very useful, so It’s basically a time remap for C4D?

    Thanks,

    Dan.
