  Can’t install Plug ins

  Hello,
  i’m using CS5 and i just downloaded the plugin Sure Target from Video Co Pilot. The problem is that i can’t install it. I put it into a new folder inside the Plugins Folder and whe i open the After Effects the plug in is just not there. What can be wrong?
