    Hi everyone

After uninstallation of previous version (12.5b1) I can’t install DaVinci Resolve at all. Any Version including 12.5b2 and 12.3.2. After extracting of installer error message appears: “The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable”

and locating the file in temp folder doesn’t help either. The error message appears that “the file is not a valid installation package for DasVinci Resolve”

Does anybody know a way to resolve this?
Or where solution might be. Regisry, folders, permissions or anything to dig into

    System – Windows 10 x64

    Thanks
    -Aleksandr

Solution: I’ve found in the registry thread under HKEY_USERS where DaVinci installation info is stored and deleted it. Then everything worked as it should!

Curious, did you also use the Windows UNINSTALL control panel before trying to install a new version? If you did, I wonder why the Registry wasn’t cleaned.
