Can’t import .swf files into project
Hi, everyone. This might be a quickie. Is there a plugin that I’m missing that would allow me to import .swf files into my project? It no likey the .swf at the moment. Thanks.

FCP is Quicktime based and swf files are flashed based. So they will not work together.
You will need to convert the files to a FCP friendly format. Or even better get ahold of the original video files that were used to create the swf files, you will get much better quality that way.
There are no “technical solutions” to your “artistic problems”.
Don’t let technology get in the way of your creativity!
