Can’t get MXF files into Avid Media Composer

Hi Brown Maty,

For some reason the files need to be on the original disks. If copied to another hard drive Avid won’t AMA link or consolidate. Haven’t yet found out why that is.

Never had any problems with FCP (7 that is). Used 3 party software for FCP7 to recoqnize MXF files. Don’t use FCP7 anymore, though.
