    Can’t get into Segment Mode

    I’m the newest of newbies when it comes to AVID, so bear with me, please. I can’t get into segment mode. I’m supposed to be able to click the yellow or red arrows and start lifting, deleting, and moving clips in the timeline, but it won’t do so. My mouse isn’t changing colors. Nothing is ahppeneing, and I can’t find a good tutorial anywhere. The one that came with the product is lacking, to say the least.

    Did you acidently Lock the Tracks? Try CLIP > UNLOCK TRACKS

    Might work. Good luck
