Can’t Get Effector Falloff to Work
I have a Fracture object which contains a Null, containing an Extrude Nurbs (contains Text Spline) and a Spline Wrap.
So like this: Fracture->Null->Extrude(Text Spline), Spline Wrap
I hope that makes sense, anyway- my Spline Wrap is animating my Extruded text around an ellipse. I attached a Plain Effector to the Fracture to effect the scale property. This works fine when in infinite mode, but as soon as I enable falloff, nothing is effected any more! I just want the text to be at 0 scale whence inside the area of effect, and 100% when not. Simple!
I have even done this effect before, but I cant figure out what the heck is going on here! And of course I have tried different falloff modes, made sure everything is lined up etc.
