  Can’t get all resolution options

  I’ve discovered that my GY-HM750U has a few dead pixels. I have looked up the fix for this, and it seems pretty straightforward. However, the problem is that it seems to be necessary to se the camera to 720/60p. When I go in the record settings, I only get 1920×1080/60i, 30p, 24p and 1440×1080/60i, 30p/24p, and the SD settings.

  There is no option for the 1280×720/60p. What’s up with that?
