Can’t get 1:9 FHA Version out of DVD Studio Pro

October 18, 2009 at 4:04 pmWhat do you mean by ‘full height’. If you feed 720×480 16:9 anamorphic video that’s been properly encoded MPEG-2 and set it into a ’16:9 Letterbox’ track it will be 16:9. That’s pretty much all there is to it.

October 19, 2009 at 5:51 amNo. 7:20 x 576 thats been stretched 33% there abouts. So when you play it back 16:9 it fills the frame at the correct aspect. Its not true 16:9. Its a fudge that we here in the UK have been using in SD TX for years
