I just changed computers now Im editing on a AMD 3200 1.5gig ram w Sound Blaster Audigy LS(24bit).

When I install avid xpress pro 5.2.1, it says Cant find any audio card in your system. You will not be able to play audio.

When I first installed avid it worked fine. Then I installed Quicktime (newest version) and now it says that. I have since then taken off quicktime and reinstalled my audio drivers. It still says it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Go back to the Device Manager, and remove the software driver for the sound card, then reboot. Windows should re-discover the sound card all over again, and give you a pretty clean state from which to return back to normal operation.
