  • Can’t find mouse pointer sometimes

Is there any sort of safe add on that would make my mouse pointer glow, or allow me to change the color to a bright neon color? I lose my mouse pointer so many times, and no matter how hard I move my mouse around it just stays gone for a while.. a small annoyance, but it still makes me wish there was some sort of program I could have to highlight my mouse on this bigger screen I have to get used to. The screen is so big, but the mouse pointer is so small.

    Thanks,
    Vinnie

First off because this question has nothing to do with Final Cut Pro it really should have been posted on the Mac OS forum.

You cannot change the color of the mouse, however you can change the size of it in the universal access section of system preferences.

There are no “technical solutions” to your “artistic problems”.

That’s what I did, I used the Universal Access, aka “handicapped” settings in control panel to make the mouse pointer larger. You may find that adding trails also makes it easier to track, but some find that annoying.

You laugh, but you’ll get old some day too.:-P

    Thanks Mark & Zane,

    And sorry Zane,

After I posted I thought, “DOH!” But didn’t want to make a same double post in another forum and get flagged as a spammer or double posting troll or whatever it’s called now.
