Can’t find ‘Extensions’ panel under ‘Windows’ menu

Did anyone else have this problem?
I searched both the forums here and other places too, but couldn’t find any solution to this.Thanks!

It is my understanding that CEP extensions began with CC 2014, so if you are using a previous version that option won’t be available. If you are using CC 2014 or later, have you checked to see if the extensions folder exists in its proper place? The path is Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Adobe > CEP > extensions (or C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions). Other than that, I don’t know what the problem could be.
