I’m mixing my first surround mix using audition, and am going to build a dolby surround track using Compressor. I’m using Audition 5.5 on a MacPro. As I understand it, I need to export 6 discrete channel files, but for some reason, “Extract Channels To Mono Files” is greyed out. Any ideas? Thanks!

Are you trying to use this command from within the Multitrack editing environment? If so, you would need to perform a Mixdown of your session to a single file, then choose this menu item within the Waveform editor.
