Your H264 level is probably too low. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Video_Coding#Levels

5760×2880. Can’t go higher even in manual export settings.

Use a high enough H264 level that can output the resolution you need. Or export to a format that doesn’t have those kind of restrictions.
