    Hello,
I seem to be having some trouble with exporting movies. I understand how to do it, but when I export to either Adobe Media Encoder as an .mpg, to DVD or locally on my computer as a .mov or .avi or whatever, it returns with the same message every time, even with different projects. The message I get is as followed:

“Failed to return a video frame. Cancelling the operation.”

I have already tried closing/reopening Premiere, restarting my computer before and after exporting, reinstalling Premiere, and subdividing my projects into smaller segments and exporting them seperately.

If anyone has any suggestions to help me out, I would greatly appreciate it!

    Thank you,
    Heather

Also – just as a thought – if you have stills – keep them below 1500x1500px

Premiere will import bigger – but is funky upon rendering if you do.
